Your Story

Your message comes from your testimony. What experience, training, or transformation qualifies you to help people?

See an example — Rachel's Step 1

Rachel's a nutrition coach. In Step 1 she wrote about her story — she'd struggled with gut issues for years, tried every diet, eventually studied functional nutrition and healed herself. That's her authority.

Why it works: She didn't list certifications. She named the specific suffering she walked through. That's what makes her credible to the next woman who's been bloated every night for two years.

02

The ONE Thing

What's the single most urgent pain point your ideal client feels right now? Not the big transformation — the 11pm thought.

Brainstorm 5 ways to say that result. Use The Screenshot Test: Would a stranger screenshot this? Could it happen in 1–3 weeks? Would your ideal client say "ooh yes, I want that"? Three yeses = ready. Good: "Book your next 3 clients this week" · "Stop bloating after dinner" · "Save your first $500 by Friday" Avoid: "Grow your business" · "Improve your health" · "Feel more confident"

See an example — Rachel's Step 2

Rachel identified the ONE thing: her clients are bloated every evening and they're exhausted by it. That's the 11pm thought — lying in bed feeling uncomfortable after dinner. Not "improve your gut health." Not "feel better in your body." The specific, sharp, in-the-moment ache.

04

What They've Already Tried

What advice have the gurus in your space been giving? What has your ideal client tried that didn't work? What is she tired of hearing?

Good: "posting daily, sliding into DMs, getting on sales calls" Avoid: "hard work" · "struggle" · "wasting time" — those are feelings, not tactics.

Star your top 2–3. The ones that make your audience feel instant relief when they read them. (Add more fields if you need them — five is plenty for most.)
See an example — Rachel's Step 4

Rachel listed what her audience has tried: calorie counting, keto, Whole30, tracking macros, intermittent fasting, cutting out food groups entirely.

Her starred top 3: cutting carbs · going keto again · tracking every bite. Specific tactics. No feelings. Each one is a thing her ideal client has actually done — and is exhausted by.

05

Name Your Framework

What would you call your method if it were a book title? Pick a word that fits — framework, formula, system, blueprint, method, plan — then give it a name.

Examples: "The Happy Gut Formula" · "The Content-Free Sales System" · "The Conversation Reset Method" Brainstorm 3 names:

See an example — Rachel's Step 5

Rachel named her method The Happy Gut Formula — and checked that the domain was available and there was no existing trademark. Five minutes. She protected what she's spent years building.

Write Your Sentence

Use your strongest result + your top "without" choices + your framework name. Three versions. Don't aim for perfect — aim for honest.

Grade It — Message Audit

Run your sentence through these 10 questions. Tap yes or no.

01 Would a stranger screenshot this to save or send to a friend?
02 Could the result happen within 1–3 weeks?
03 Would your ideal client say "ooh yes, I want that"?
04 Is the result specific enough to picture in their mind?
05 Does the framework name sound like a THING (not a generic description)?
06 Is the "without" statement naming specific tactics (not feelings)?
07 Would your audience recognise the "without" items as things they've actually tried?
08 Does the sentence sound different from what the giants in your space are saying?
09 Could you put this at the top of a sales page and feel confident about it?
10 If you read this as a stranger, would you want to know more?

What's Possible at the Next Depth "
Kelly didn't just give me a general overview — she broke everything down step by step and had the research to back up the direction. The biggest thing for me was the clarity. I stopped second-guessing myself. Kelly basically did all the heavy research so I didn't have to, and handed me a clear path forward.
